UNFORTUNATELY, the same CANNOT be said for Australia Post who handled the postage !!!Through a number of systemic errors Australia Post allowed someone else to pick up MY Ugg BOOT's albeit they were addressed correctly to me with my address on the parcel. Further they took approximately SIX (6) weeks to rectify THEIR problem !!!Absolutely NOT GOOD ENOUGH Australia Post !!!

Bought my uggs towards the end of winter and am fully satisfied. I dont think i needed one size bigger so they do wear a little loose. This will prove i think to have a cooling effect if i wear them in the warmer month however. Certainly great value for money and a product i would definitely recommend!

The boots are very cosy, we bought them for my husband who isn’t very mobile and gets cold feet.He finds the sole quite hard and it is squared off at the edges. This can potentially cause tripping. He says that ideally they would have a zip because they are hard for him to put on. But apart from the above he is thrilled to have warm feet!
