Bought the Atusi oven and was delivered the same week. Then the oven kept cutting out. Phoned appliances online on a Friday arvo and was told someone would call me from a repair company. It took a week and a half to get a call and still will be another week and a half to get fixed. Waiting on parts apparently, but no one has been to look at it! Will be three weeks next week . Not happy. Won’t buy online again. Best to buy local.

We have bought a number of Artusi appliances, which have been fantastic value for money. There is a serious flaw with this particular oven. We have had four service visits. The issue has been the cooling fan doesn’t kick in, the device overheats, then turns off the oven for protection (though light stays on) and appears to not reach temperature. After three service visits/repairs, the cooling fan was working, but oven still didn’t reach maximum heat. After fourth visit last of electronics has been component is replaced and cooling fan has stopped kicking in, so we are back to square one.

Great product
This oven seem to be ok I even rang Appliances online to discuss the oven as I had never used this brand beforeIt is quieter than my old one however 2 things to note before using-IT ONLY COMES WITH 1 PULL OUT SHELF - another one plus postage is around $50YOU CAN ONLY OPERATE WITH THE TIMER ON-the timer goes to 120mins then you need to turn on again if you require the oven for longer!!!!I won’t buy another
Nice black glass easy to clean
Doesn’t hear properly. What used to cook on 180 degrees in my old 20 year old oven now only warms at 180 degrees in this oven. Probably will notice more electricity used on this as you have to turn it up to the highest setting to cook anything. A mistake to buy this one.
Awesome value. Looks great. Easy to install and use!
