I have been using iPhone X for almost 6 years, it’s still working well. It’s easy to use and this one has large screen. It’s not too heavy to hold but also not lightweight. The screen of the phone is very good, I think it is scratch resistant, I have not added any screen protector and for past 5 years, it has no scratches at all, some of my previous models of iPhone has few scratches. Sound is great. I wish it has another jack for earphone as when I need to charge my phone, I can’t put earphone as the same time. Camera is great during the day but not good at night or in low light. Overall I’m happy with the purchase.

A nicely refurbished iPhone X
10 December 2022

My existing phone is lovely, but it takes too long to charge (10 hours). I need a phone to guide me on walking trips using a Map app, and it may need to guide me for over 8 hours. The iPhone X is a quality option I would like to try, so I ordered this refurbished one. The phone arrived promptly, and included the iPhone X, plus the following accessories: An iPhone X protection shell case, pre fitted with a glass screen protector. A separate screen protector An Apple charging lead, 1m. A SIM hatch access tool The cosmetic condition front and back is excellent. A small amount of scratching on the side will not be visible when in its protective case. I have not yet transferred the SIM card from my existing phone yet, until my son can help me with this, however the phone communicates OK through the house Wi-Fi perfectly well, and I have been able to install a map app, and a pedometer. The map app works, proving the GPS function. The pedometer does not seem to agree with my existing phone, so I need to do more testing on that function. I noticed the amount of memory is 256GB. This is a bonus, because I ordered 64GB! I look forward to adding the SIM to prove all of the additional functions. So far I am pleased that I chose this supplier for a good refurbished phone.

OK so I ordered this phone on Walmarts website. It did not come directly from Walmart it came from a third-party. The phone arrived as advertised in packaging with all parts. Phone actually looked great and better than expected appearance wise. The phone was refurbished but obviously not checked before being sent out the speaker for my ear was blown out and would only go to like volume one on sound. I went directly to Walmart to get my money back in hopes to purchase a new phone but they would not do that because it came from a third-party. They did however return the phone for me at their cost. The money Was returned to my account within two days which made it nice. At least Walmart took that responsibility. It was inconvenient but the return process was easier and quicker because I went directly to Walmart.

Not with the money
17 May 2023

This phone is a piece of garbage. We purchased it for Christmas for our 18 year old son. Within 5 months, the phone is not working because the battery is swollen. That was $80 out of pocket. One month later, the touch screen stops working that's another $60 out of pocket. I should have just purchased a brand new phone at this point. Don't waste your money. If best buy refurbishes a phone, they should at least warranty it for a year or something. I also pay $200/ year for TTS, and no, they don't cover the iPhone, either. At least, that's what they told my son when he asked them to fix his defective phone.

Overall disappointing transaction
31 May 2023

I was actually pretty disappointed, I specifically elected to buy an A quality used device. It claimed that the device I would get would be A quality, what I received was definitely NOT that. I did indeed get a 256gb device. The battery level heath was exactly 79% (which was 1 % less than the guaranteed battery percentage) I thought it was dirty all around the edges. But it was actual scuff marks all around the edges signs of the phone being dropped, there was also 3 cut like scratches on the screen, this is NOT what I call A quality “like new” seller sent a B- quality phone. There were no mass dents, just heavy scuffing on all metal edges and a he 3 cut like scratches on the screen and the fact the battery level was below what was guaranteed. Not sure how well I will trust this seller in the future. Which is a shame cause I had a perfect iPad Pro shipped to me used in “A” “like new condition” from another seller on Walmart.com and was pretty trusting in the Walmart.com certified resellers for Apple products, now I know I’ll have to be careful of who I select on Walmart.com. Also the cut scratches on the screen catch my nail tips and has taken small bits off my nails, so they are not some shallow scratches, I’ll be taking this phone in to get it fixed, overall disappointed in seller and this transaction.

Worst purchase ever made from BestBuy
27 May 2023

Worst purchase from Best Buy ever. I really don’t understand why I even made this purchase. I can’t believe this company sells a product to any customers in this condition. So I bought an unlocked iPhone X for $299+ tax. I received the iPhone X unlocked like I ordered. But when I checked over the iPhone information, the battery is a bad battery. I was sold an unlocked iPhone X with a battery life of 77%. Meaning I was sold a bad product. Which means the battery will die quickly every time used. This is really ridiculous. I want a refund or exchange with a better battery. I cannot believe I was sold this item in its condition.

Zero stars for this seller!

I rarely write a review. This is a warning!!! BEWARE OF THIS SELLER!!! I was sold a stolen iPhone. I never would have known except I bought a protection plan. My son dropped the phone which was covered by the plan. I was instructed by the company to take the phone to Apple for repair. After 4 visits and a couple phone calls and emails, (which took weeks) Apple told me that the phone was reported lost or stolen and couldn’t help me any further unless I could get more proof from the seller to substantiate that they sold me a phone that they obtained legally. I contacted both the seller and Walmart and notified them of this multiple times. battery drains comically fast
26 December 2022

It took way too long to charge upon opening it for the first time. And then the set up took even longer. It took long to charge in general and the battery would drain super fast, even if the most my phone was doing was getting a notification. It didn't seem worth trying to keep it, getting a new battery for it, and then having to get a new Sim card too since the one from my old phone doesn't seem to fit in this phone. There were some scratches on the screen but honestly I was fine with that. It functioned like a phone so it's fine. It just sucks that the battery drains so quick even when I'm NOT really using it. I kinda depend on my phone for background noise to do things and to sleep, and having a phone that pretty much has to always be on the charger just doesn't ... MoreIt took way too long to charge upon opening it for the first time. Hopefully the next one I ordered won't have that same issue with the battery.
