I ordered an iPhone 12 brand new not used and I am doing smart pay so I have to pay way more than this phone is worth and I deserve to have a brand new one. I called. I let them know that I couldn’t sign into the account and no one would help me. I talked to over nine people, nobody understands when they’re talking to me to help me . I then wrote someone on chat. He was trying to be very helpful but he said that you can’t return it. You have to get a hold of Smart pay so I got a hold of Smart pay and Smart pay said that straight talk has to give me the new phone and let me mail this one back. No one is helping me at all, because of this, I have had nothing but panic attacks and anxiety since being sent a phone that is used because I checked on the website and there ... It had sealed undone plastic when it was opened and they had plastic wrap around it with the straight talk card stuck to it . If someone wants to buy a used phone, that’s good, but I ordered a new phone and I was sent a used one as you can tell by your title above asking what my thoughts are about the phone.

The night mode is particularly impressive, capturing clear and detailed images even in very low light. The battery life is solid, easily lasting a full day of heavy use. The MagSafe feature is a convenient addition, making wireless charging more efficient and reliable, though the charging speeds could be faster when compared to some competitors. The design, while sleek and modern, might feel slightly bulky to some users, especially those with smaller hands. However, the extra size is justified by the large screen and the additional camera capabilities. The Ceramic Shield front cover is a welcome improvement, offering more durability against drops. While it is on the pricier side, it delivers a premium experience that justifies the cost. If you’re in the market for a high-end smartphone and value camera quality, display size, and processing power, the iPhone 12 Pro Max is an excellent choice.

I have been looking into purchasing a refurbished phone for a bit now, and was originally going to buy from backmarket.com but found an article listing out the best places to buy refurbished from. #1 on the list is of course, direct from apple, but also most expensive. The next on the list was Amazon renewed. I gave it a shot, and also saw that the specific seller of the 12 I received had pretty good ratings as well. I received the new device on the day it was expected and the phone is truly in excellent condition. No dents or deep scratches, no evidence of after market parts, battery health at exactly 85%, a scuff on the back of the phone only noticeable in the right lighting, and no visible scratches on the screen itself with a screen protector. There are light scratches on the screen of the phone, but again not visible with a glass screen cover. Overall I am extremely pleased, I realized the possibility of the occasional lemon amongst all the good experiences, but based off this purchase, I would buy from Amazon renewed again! I went from an XR (that was on the fritz!) to a 12 for less than $300. I’m happy! I will note I purchased one in “excellent” condition.

The iPhone 12 Pro is a standout device that continues Apple's tradition of premium design, robust performance, and impressive camera capabilities. However, with only 64GB of storage, it might not meet the needs of users who store a lot of media or apps. **Design and Display:** The iPhone 12 Pro features a sleek, stainless steel frame with a matte glass back, giving it a premium feel in hand. The 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR display is bright, with excellent color accuracy and deep blacks, making it perfect for media consumption and daily use. The Ceramic Shield front cover adds an extra layer of durability, which is a welcome upgrade. **Performance:** Powered by the A14 Bionic chip, the iPhone 12 Pro delivers exceptional performance, handling everything from gaming to ... It's future-proofed for years of iOS updates, ensuring it remains fast and responsive over time. **Camera:** The triple-camera system is one of the iPhone 12 Pro's most significant strengths. It excels in low-light photography, thanks to its improved Night mode across all lenses. The addition of LiDAR enhances portrait shots and improves autofocus in low-light conditions. Video recording is top-notch, with Dolby Vision HDR providing stunning quality. **Storage:** The 64GB storage option is the only major downside of this model. In today's world of high-resolution photos, 4K videos, and apps that require substantial space, 64GB feels limited. If you’re a light user or rely heavily on cloud storage, it might suffice, but most users would benefit from opting for the higher storage variants. **Battery Life:** Battery life on the iPhone 12 Pro is solid, generally lasting a full day under moderate use. However, heavy users might need to charge by the evening. The device supports MagSafe charging, which is convenient but requires additional purchases for accessories. **Verdict:** The iPhone 12 Pro is a superb device that excels in almost every aspect. However, the 64GB variant might be limiting for those who need ample storage space. If you can manage your storage efficiently or use cloud services extensively, the iPhone 12 Pro (64GB) offers a premium experience that's hard to beat.
It's a modern iPhone... no matter what you're doing on it you'll have a fantastic experience. Just moved from a Pixel 3 XL and the smooth gesture based experience is brilliant. On the larger screen you've got a great media consumption experience but I do have to use two hands to properly use it. If this is a dealbreaker for you then you're probably not looking at a Max anyway. The larger screen in my opinion is a bigger plus than being able to use it with one hand since lets face it you've probably got both hands free anyway. The 12 Pro Max is a very powerful phone and you won't be missing anything compared to any iPhone 14+. Phones are so powerful now that anything you'd reasonable do on a phone is completely taken care of. If you're the frugal type like me going a ... If you're the frugal type like me going a couple generations behind in this current era is totally fine. Bear in mind 12 is when MagSafe was introduced if this matters to you, I've personally loved the whole MagSafe ecosystem. It's like Qi charging on steroids. Wholly recommend going 12 over 11 for this alone, you'll love it once you start using it

One of the standout features for me is the camera system. The triple-camera setup, including night mode, takes photography to a whole new level. The low-light performance is outstanding, and the ability to capture details in dim settings is nothing short of magical. Whether I’m taking portraits or landscape shots, the images come out sharp and beautifully rendered. Plus, the addition of ProRAW and Dolby Vision recording takes videography to professional heights, making it easier than ever to create stunning content. Performance-wise, the A14 Bionic chip ensures an incredibly smooth experience. Apps launch quickly, and multitasking is a breeze. I also appreciate the battery life, which easily lasts me throughout the day, even with extensive use. Wireless charging and fast charging capabilities are fantastic added bonuses that save me time and hassle. Another feature worth mentioning is the build quality. The surgical-grade stainless steel frame and Ceramic Shield front cover give the phone a premium feel while enhancing durability. I feel confident carrying it around without fear of scratches or damage. Finally, I love the iOS ecosystem. The integration with other Apple devices is seamless, making it easy to transition from my iPad to my iPhone. In summary, the iPhone 12 Pro Max is an outstanding smartphone that ticks all the boxes. I highly recommend this device to anyone looking for the ultimate smartphone experience!
The seller, Vovoya Inc., sold me an Iphone 12 pro for just under $400 after tax. It was on the verge of exploding when I received it, extremely dangerous. They said it was fully checked and considered to be in “good and perfect functioning condition.” When I received this iphone, it had many issues. The smallest being every side was bent or scuffed, there was a circular part of the screen that didn’t function and was permanently green, and the side of the screen wasn’t connected to the phone on the bottom of one side. I decided to bite my tongue, till later the same day I received the phone it started shutting off over and over and was no longer useable. If i can give zero stars ⭐ i would. I bought a iPhone 12 pro for my daughter, and the description said phone was in good condition but the phone was in horrible condition.. See pictures... They wouldn't even reach out to me after i reached out to them. I then reached out to Walmart then Walmart reached out to them, and told them and then all of a sudden they reached out to me. They said they were sorry and they said they was going to change description when i send phone back. Well guess what its too late for that its about to be Christmas and i still have no iPhone for my daughter. And Walmart is just as bad because Walmart said they would do a investigation on this individual but guess what they are still able to sale crap like in the photos to people. I sent phone ... I TRIED TO KEEP THE PHONE AND GET MY MONEY BACK JUST SO THEY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO SALE THAT PHONE TO ANYONE ELSE BUT WALMART MADE ME SEND IT BACK TO THEM IN ORDER TO GET A REFUND. SO I WOULDN'T BUY A IPHONE FROM THIS INDIVIDUAL BECAUSE YOU MAY END UP GETTING THIS SAME PHONE IN THE PHOTOS... AND IF YOU DO BUY FROM THEM DON'T SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED.... PLEASE READ ALL THIS INDIVIDUALS REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM... LOOK AT PHOTOS BUT YET THEY SAID THE PHONE WAS IN GOOD CONDITION. THIS IS FAR FROM GOOD CONDITION. NOW I HAVE TO EXPLAIN TO MY 14 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WHY I DON'T HAVE HER AN IPHONE FOR CHRISTMAS 🎄🎁
