I had my iPad 5th generation replaced 3 times. The back of it flexes and you can feel the internal parts through the back. Apple refused to replace it a third time. The Genius Bar associate said that it seems like that is just how those iPad are made. The 4th generation did not have the same issues.

I recently had the logic board in my iPad Pro 1st gen break, and when I took in was told the whole unit had to be replaced. They messed up when replacing it, and I ended up getting this crap instead. The hardware can handle anything I would need it to, but my problem is with Apple locking a certain feature on the air that shouldn’t be. The “fixed position volume control” just doesn’t exist in the settings, so when your iPad changes orientation so does the volume. Really hoping this gets added through an update soon, as it’s a huge annoyance having the volume buttons switch around.

Good Quality & Great upgrade
27 November 2022

I have had the ipad mini 5th gen for about two years now, and it let me down a lot. The size was too small and the quality wasn’t there, it was really slow. I was looking into buying the new mini gen 6, but the minis are about the size of my phone, they don’t have the M1 chip, and you can’t hook them up with Magic/ Smart keyboard. I looked to the air, This was a great choice. Waited until black friday and snagged this one is space gray for about $100 off. Colors look awesome Hooked it up with the magic keyboard and its a superpower! It is very comfortable to hold, playing games are flawless, and there’s no lag. The battery is a lot better than previous models also. This is a great value ipad, would 100% recommend over the mini, don’t choose wrong.

Probably best tablet I’ve ever had for. It’s fast, battery is decent, it’s great for doing work on here, and I just feel like apple did a good job on this and hopefully they keep making their iPads as good as this one.

Worst Product of Apple Inc.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience using the iPad (Air 5th Gen.). Despite owning an iPhone 12 and MacBook 2021, which I thought would allow me to enjoy a seamless Apple ecosystem, my iPad keeps freezing and becoming unresponsive. This is now my fourth device, and I had to replace my previous iPad Air 2021 three times before finally getting a refund. I though in 2022 such problem should have been solved but i was terribly wrong, pls not even pressing external buttons doesn't work to shut it down. I've made multiple complaints to customer service, but they seem uninterested in resolving the issue. I had hoped that the latest model would have resolved these problems, but unfortunately, I was wrong. It's incredibly frustrating, and I'm starting to lose faith ... MoreI'm extremely disappointed with my experience using the iPad (Air 5th Gen.).
