I love these leggings and buy them over and over. For years i've only worn LJ leggings. My only critique of this particular style, is that the thigh rub wears through the fabric and seam far quicker than many of the other pairs i've owned over the years. I have to replace every 4-6 months. Ive had pairs in other styles that have lasted years, but this style gets a 1* for longevity. I still buy them though as the 4-6 months is worth it!

By far and away my favourite leggings! And (like lots of us) I have what seems like an endless supply of them! But, these are my go-to. I think I could throw the rest out and be happy with my 3 pairs of these! Why?- Thick, quality material that’s looks great and is comfy!- Firm in all the right places without being tight!- Great sized pockets!- Perfect for Yoga, weights and running and everything in between!- Look great, so I always feel great in them!

Since then I have tried on and bought many other LJ tights and none have compared. Until I found the Amy Tech. Everything about them is what I want in leggings - quality fabric, not see-through, hides the lumps and bumps, can be worn both working out and casually, has pockets, and is supportive in all the right places. I'm in love. I've since gone back and bought 2 more pairs of ankle biters, 2 pairs of 7/8 and 2 pairs of bike shorts. Thanks LJ for bringing back the quality!

I loved my Amy phone pocket 3/4 tights so I purchased the ankle biters which are full length for me (158 cm). The ankles are terribly loose which is a chronic issue with most companies. Lululemon have brought out the Asia fit, maybe Lorna Jane should also do that?! Not too happy with the fit but will wear at home as they are comfy, I really like the fabric and the black is a true black which I love. The pockets are my favourite part! I paid $84 which is more than I would like to pay given the Lululemon Asia fit is only slightly more.
Absolutely love these leggings, but they don’t last long at all which is disappointing. I’m onto my 4th pair of Amy leggings (not sure why I keep buying them), but they all ended up with holes and fabric doesn’t last. Was advised after my first pair fell apart to wash inside out, cold water, no dryer. Did that and they still fall apart. Need to do something about this reoccurring issue considering the price tag. Unfortunately this will be my last pair.
These tights are incredibly impressive - when I am wearing them, the you can feel the quality in the fabric and that you are supported in the areas you need. They are surprisingly warm in cooler weather which I like - I am yet to try the thicker version. Due to the discreet logo placement, they are extremely versatile and can be worn for many different purposes - as a pair of tights underneath an outfit for added warmth, to the gym for workouts, or just around town for this mum who is on the run. The phone pockets are just an added bonus for carrying small amounts of cash, your phone or house key. I have got a range of active wear from all types of brands, and hand down Lorne Jane gets my vote every. single. time.

Waistband wise this is a little high rise but not thaaat high rise, sits at or just above my natural waist for me. Length wise this is one of the “longer” ankle biter lengths, where it actually ends after the calf (I’m 165cm). I’ve noticed that Lorna Jane tights lengths are very inconsistent across the different tights models - I’ve had ankle biters that look more like 7/8 and end at my calf, and ankle biters that do look more like ankle biters pictures in the photos, full lengths which end a good inch above my ankle, and full lengths which end nicely right at my ankle. Have been told these 'Amy' leggings are the replacement for the old 'New Amy' leggings. NOT the same. The material is thin, not as soft or thick/good quality and no where near the tummy support I got with the (now discontinued) New Amy. I liked the little zip pocket, as I used to put cash in securely when out for a walk so I could get a coffee or juice when finished, now I don't have a safe place to secure it - just these long phone pockets that your phone slips half way down the thigh. The logo has moved to the back on the this one. I’ve worn these exact tights, almost every day for the last 5 years, and have recently bought two new pairs to replace some old worn-down pairs. Unfortunately, the new pairs are way more transparent than even my old worn-down tights - you can see skin through the tights and the quality seems much thinner.I’m so disappointed because these have been the perfect tights for years, but I genuinely don’t feel comfortable wearing these new tights because of the difference in quality. Will definitely be returning the pair I haven’t cut the tags off of.
