Hands down Amsoil has the best oil and oil filters out there. I always use the engine flush first and then do the oil change after about 15 minutes of idiling. Then I change oil and filter, and even after the first oil change I did with the Amsoil products it was like my car was a new car. Now I drive about 1000 miles a week commuting to and from work and I used to worry about my car not making it one day but now with this oil I don't even have the littlest worry anymore. Will be changing the oil every 3000 Miles for the first 3 oil changes just to get my engine back in great condition and fully lubricated. After the first 3 oil changes I'll go to changing it 3 every 5000-6000 miles and I know now it will be completely fine. I've used all the best oils out there ... Nothing but the absolute best.

I am not exactly sure how many miles I put on, but i do drive a great deal. I am in the healthcare field in a very rural environment. I need my car to run well and I do not have time for frequent oil changes. Does this oil last for 25,000 miles or one year? I should be more attentive and be able to give a more definite answer, but I will say that with the driving I put on my car (2009 Suzuki SX4) in all kinds of weather, where things are often between 1 and 3 hours between points A and B, the oil lasts a good 9 months before it even begins to break down. I meant to change the oil about a month ago (11 months between changes), but we got hit with major wildfires that put a real damper on all activities. The car is still running great, and the oil will get done this ... MoreI am not exactly sure how many miles I put on, but i do drive a great deal. I suggest giving it a shot, monitoring your oil and seeing how this performs in your conditions, wherever you are, and do better than me by minding your mileage. Then you have a good idea if it is worth the investment. The Signature Series grade has worked for me, especially when the Amzoil filter is available (Amzoil was out of stock his time around on the filter).

I purchased a 2012 F150, one owner with 216,000 miles. I wasn't sure what brand of oil was ran in this Ecoboost motor. Cam phaser rattle was present every morning. After 1 year of running Amsoil Signature Synthetic 5w-30 the cam phaser rattle is non-existent. The truck now has 236,000 miles. All I can say is, its worth the money; an insurance policy of engine protection. In a 4cyl, V6 and V8 engines I typically see a 10% increase in fuel mileage efficiency. It will pay for itself in the long run. I change the oil every 7,000 miles on the Ecoboost but my daughters cars I change the oil every year. Trouble free.

I have worked for a few small auto shops that sold amsoil. Use as directed is a huge suggestion. The Current test that leads to more of this product; 2005 BMW X5 3.0l. If anyone has owned a BMW you know they sip oil during the change cycle. Its normal. Going from Mobile 1 full synthetic 5w40 to amsoil 5w40 , it consumes less oil in the last 2 oil changes with amsoil. Now, had this been a new fresh engine from the get go? vs a 200,000mi daily driver /commuter unit, things might have been better. Also new to me, 2012 Camaro SS/RS with 120,000mi. First oil change with Amsoil 5w30, so far I see a few deg engine oil temp change (lower) than what ever the dealer that sold me the car had put into it. Do I believe in 7500mi, 10,000mi even 20,000mi oil changes? a hard no. If the engine is in good shape, this oil will help keep it in good shape. But all engines do wear out and they all have pros and cons too them no matter who manufactures them. Use a quality oil filter, don't skimp on the filter!!! Check your oil every once in a while, when it starts to get dark on the stick, revisit you mileage when you last changed it... your coming up on a oil change. The camaro with its first oil change under my ownership with amsoil as stated around 1800mi on it and still as clean on the stick as the day I put it in. will see...
I run Amsoil signature oil in every vehicle that our family owns. I run 10-30 diesel oil in my '20 F350 Powerstroke, 10-30 in my restored '95 F150-5L , have Amsoil gear oil in the rear axle, and Amsoil ATF in the transmission. I run Amsoil 20-50 in my Harley TriGlide, including the recommended Amsoil in the primary and transmission. This 5-30 is used in my wife's '20 Explorer 2.3 turbo, and my daughter's 2014 Kia Sorrento, and lastly in my 17 year old grandson's 2010 Explorer Sport-Trac. we are using the factory recommended oil weights in each vehicle. I also use Amsoil filters on my Harley. I am sold on all Amsoil products. AMSOIL 100% synthetic motor oil is one of the best engine oils on the market for any vehicle. Just like how clean blood is vital to the success of how our body operates, the types of motor oil you choose can also affect the success of your motor. After 6K on my AMSOIL 100% synthetic oil, I had an oil analyst test done on the oil. It passed with flying colors! The lab indicated, for my style of driving, it was suggested I could drive 10K-12K between oil changes with the current oil I'm using. I would never go that long between oil changes; however, I usually change my oil every 7K or every 6 months. It's reassuring to say the least to change my motor oil knowing that it is still capable of protecting my motor many miles beyond.
Been using Amsoil now since 1997. In Everything We Own. It is getting to the Point now that Some other Brands are going to be getting poured into our Vehicles Due Simply to AMSOIL’S PRICING Strategy which is running me and my Customers Elsewhere. This is Quite discouraging because I really like the product. But at $12/13 PER QUART, It’s not cost effective for me to continue down this Path when there are some other Full Synthetic Oils out there that have proven themselves quite worthy at 1/2 the Price. That said. Amsoil is a Great Product and a fantastic lubricant!!! No other complaints from here. Just the Price. It’s outta control!!! Thanks SLEEPY JOE!
I've been a very happy AMSOIL customer for twenty-five years now. I trust everything that they offer. I can't recall ever trying an AMSOIL product, whatever it be, that wasn't better than what I had been using. Prior to finding AMSOIL I'd lost an engine using Mobil One. About a year later I bought a brand-new car so I ordered data sheets to study several brands of synthetic oils and I found AMSOIL to be the best. Over the years, I’ve come to believe that everything AMSOIL offers is the very best in the world. What many people may find an alarming thing for me to say is that AMSOIL products cost less in the long run. Their oils and fluids last and last. What many people may find an alarming thing for me to say is that AMSOIL products cost less in the long run. Their oils and fluids last and last. I change motor oil once a year and that works out to be much less money than using cheap low-quality oils and changing it every three thousand miles. Any oil requiring a change as soon as three thousand miles can't be any good for my car, so that would be wasted money from the onset. I own four cars and a heavy-duty truck and I love each of them so I want only the very best products going into them. I have no intention to ever try any other brands because I wouldn’t want to give up the peace of mind that AMSOIL brings to me.
Been using Amsoil now for close to 20 years. Been using the Signature Series Products since they came out years back. Since using Amsoil everyone of the fluid levels stay at a consistent level. Still check the levels frequently and they are always at the same level as last checked. I have been in -123 Degrees to +131 Degrees and have seen how cold and heat affect fluids. Here in MIchigan we still get some very cold days and Amsoil still works great. No matter the driving conditions or weather it is nice to know having Amsoil fluids in my Engine that the Engine will be at it's best.
I was a big fan of Motul and still am. I started sending my oil in for analysis thru Blackstone Laboratories and sure enough Motul was working well. Couldn't get Motul a couple years ago and needed an oil change so I grabbed some Amsoil. As always my oil went to the lab after 3,000 miles and was thoroughly surprised...Amsoil showed a higher viscosity in the same interval and with the same hard driving...track days etc. So I decided to stay with Amsoil a few more oil changes to make sure the results weren't just a one time deal. Sure enough every oil change, approximately every month and half, higher viscosity, better wear protection, wear metals dropped slightly. I haven't looked back since...Amsoil is my choice for all my vehicles with lab results that prove ... MoreI was a big fan of Motul and still am.
