I take a digestive enzyme daily and wanted to add papaya for extra support. I've struggled with chronic GERD and LPR. I'm trying to improve my digestion, and this papaya enzyme has been helpful! I take three of the papaya chewable after meals, and it works great and doesn't have a bad taste. I also use it as needed when I have indigestion. I’ve been on another supplement for many years from the same brand, and I trust the company. I highly recommend this papaya enzyme because it’s very effective and affordable.

We like these papaya enzymes. They are tasty and good for digesting protein! They also have some Amylase to help digest carbs and a solid amount of Calcium which is pleasant benefit! But they contain sugar, so if you are avoiding it it's not an option for you. That's why these tablets are tasty =)) Sweet and with a little hint of papaya fruit. The dosage of papaya fruit and papain is not very big compared to similar products. But it depends on your health and what you need to achieve I guess. So if you need a little help digesting high protein meals and sugar is not an issue for you -- this product will definitely suit you!
