Absolut Original Vodka 1L

As far as Vodka as a type of liquor, in my experience as a bartender, it's the most ordered type of alcohol. When you think of Vodka, the characteristics should be clean, clear, smooth, maybe a slight bitter ending aftertaste with some brands. I noticed its very popular with the newbies, the early 20 ages. It has an affordable price point and made a name for itself with excellent marketing and visually appealing bottle. People that really appreciate Vodka and have more experience with a advanced pallet choose Vodkas in the higher price range.I DO NOT recommend Absolut Vodka in any flavor. The only flavor of this brand that is at all tolerable is the Absolut Citron to add mixes with. It makes an alright, score of low 4 on a good day, Lemondrop.

I love the label. Not boring and not too dramatic. Tell you straight up what it is when it comes to percentage of alcohol you r about to consume. This is my go to when it comes to budget. It's not the cheapest and def not the most expensive. The taste isn't a home run at all. As for taste, It's sort of loud, but hey what do you expect for vodka? Smell is about the normal or to be expected for what it is. It's great mixed with V8 or one of my favs is patriot bay coconut, pineapple juice, and a splash of abso. It makes like the most perfect not manly drink and not a straight up girly drink. Give it a try sometime and let me know what you think in the comments. I love trying new things so ideas or crowd pleaser idea are def accepted.... CHEERS!

Omg! Sorry I had to make a review but unfortunately this drink is not in the reviews as something to pull up. If you like Absolut then you must try these new Sparkling beverages they’ve got out. I just had the Berry Vodkarita absolutely amazing. It doesn’t taste like a sparkling drink with the weird taste while drinking. It’s 110 calories 10% alc by volume. Made with all natural flavors. Omg I’m in love. ❤️

Lovely vodka that I didn’t expect to love so much! Mainly purchased this vodka to be used in Bloody Mary as I love them. Decided to open it to have a whiff and oh my it smells amazing!!! Best paired with fever tree Indian tonic and lots of ice. I’ve tried it without a slice a lime and you can definitely taste the lime in the vodka it’s not overpowering but it’s just so subtle and refreshing. It’s also well balanced with the vodka. I’ve also tried it with a slice of lime and it just lifts it up a little bit! I found the price very reasonable on amazon. Have decided to keep this vodka to have with tonic and purchased another plain polish tonic to have with my Bloody Mary. This certainly won’t be my last bottle will definitely repurchase!

With around twenty flavor varieties to choose from, the Absolut brand has become diluted. Stick to producing outstanding bottles of vodka without the foo-foo flavors, and Absolut will remain the best out there in terms of quality, smoothness, taste, and price.

It starts and finishes bitter, which makes it a less desirable shooter. I mixed Absolut with orange juice. At lower levels, Absolut complements the orange juice really well. It adds an interesting flavor to the normally sweet beverage. At higher levels, the bitterness starts to come out. While it doesn’t really enhance the flavor of the orange juice, the vodka flavor complements the orange juice. It makes a decent mixed drink.

The most boring part of living in a small farm town; having nothing to do, at all.... With that being said, I used my shiny new "of age I.D" and walked into the lcbo like I owned the place and, totally knew what I was doing. I grabbed the first bottle I could find. Absolute vodka. It was a shock to me when I cracked it open. The smell gave me chills and it felt like fire in my vodka-virgin mouth. I drank way too much got sick and broke into my own room. A couple that was friends with my family had gone to sleep in my room and locked the door to avoid having random people walking in all night. Gotta love Absolut! So many varieties/flavors, there's something for everyone! The price range is great, not too expensive, (and not the cheap- gives you a migraine the next day brand). Definitely great for mixed drinks, or just on the rocks! Pictured are Three of my favorite drinks made with Absolut. I made a Mermaid's Tail, a White Russian, and a Cosmopolitan! Definitely fun to explore all of the vodka drinks out there, and create new drinks as well! I bartend, and Absolut is definitely a fixture at work and in my personal bar at home as well!

I’ve had Absolut at various levels of cold. Even less chilled, it’s still smooth. It’s an easy mixer and you can find it everywhere, which makes it accessible. I find it cleaner and more crisp than any other vodkas in this price bracket. The bottle is quite cute but bulky. It does taste like rubbing alcohol, but it does the job.
