The MDF arrived damaged on all the corners, also it is not heavy enough for a bench surface, it sinks in. The draw mechanism is terrible. I will need to buy a some other stronger material that is suitable for a bench surface. I was expecting the best but I thought it would be better.
Overall a reasonable product. MDF for shelving a poor choice by manufacturer. Instructions for putting the product together Barely adequate. Id suggest overall the product is fair quality.
Overall this isn't bad if you just need something in the garage to store your tools. The quality isn't great but the price reflects that. I was specifically looking for a drawer and two shelves and this was the only one I could find.It was a mission to put together as the instructions weren't great (I've put together LOTS of flat pack things), I even gave up and continued the next day as I was getting frustrated. I eventually didn't go by the instructions and did it a different way to get it to work/fit together.But it's up and my tools are on/in it and it does the job.
Instructions could b better Explained etc ie when n how to fit shelves etc Shelves could b stronger Draw could have a way better slider fitted so draw moves more easliy n freely
It’s really rubbish product. The boards are so weak, broken in a few days. We took it to the dump in the same week it arrived.
The MDF is far too thin and attracts moisture. All of the MDF was covered in mould and started to bend during wet weather, in a well ventilated area. No other materials in the area attracted any mould. The steel frame is ok, certainly far better than the MDF.
great bench, sturdy and a good design. A good puzzle to put together with limited instructions, you might need a few beers. A few pieces missing, waiting for replacements but sill happy with bench.
