As a relatively new customer I've quickly come to love the Delicate Late Harvest olive oil. It's very versatile and so far I've used it in home made salad dressing, as a dressing on its own, bread making, bread dipping, general cooking and on my skin. My first purchase was a bottle, current order is a 2L cask. Love it!

This has to be the most perfect olive oil I have ever tasted. As the name suggests it’s delicate and very subtle even when added to balsamic vinegars. I have brought from the producers and highly rate it.

The best tasting olive oil I’ve ever tasted…and I’ve tasted many…The flavour is fruity but not acidy….The only olive oil that doesn’t upset my stomach…Love it!
Great for salads, bread and light frying: we are really happy here in Sydney with these beautifully finished Australian olive oils. Don't need imports.
Great olive oil. Im not an expert in olive oils. I just wanted good quality, 100% genuine extra virgin olive oil and i feel like thats exactly what i got. Will def buy again. Only if shipping wasnt so expensive.
I couldnt tell the difference between the supermarket olive oil and Grampians. Im originally from a meditatterenean country and we know the good olive oil from its taste. The taste tells me this is probably not even organic.
Great product!Have been used to my family producing it's Cold Pressed EVO for most of my life- Due to age, my father has been unable to do this anymore so I looked for something similar that would give me the taste flavours I have been used to. People buy the oil for different purposes , some people might put it on their salad or on a piece of bread .ill definetly try that but at this stage I’m mixing it with carbon 60. Carbon 60 is an allotrope (form) of carbon , diamond and graphite are other examples. I tasted it beforehand and then 12 days later. It seemed after 12 days of stirring carbon 60 into the oil the taste was buttery, and melted in your mouth. My first impression was different , I noticed the slight peppery taste and subtle notes that set it apart from other oils I’d tried Carbon 60 shouldn’t affect the flavour because it’s just carbon. For your information about .8 grams of carbon 60 will dissolve in the oil. The colour changes to black or red if it’s under a strong light.
After using the Signature oil, I thought that I wouldn’t have needed another oil, as that was so good. Then I tasted the Delicate oil. It is delicate by nature. My favourite way of using it is to sprinkle some over steamed veg. It really enhances the flavour of the veg. Now, I’m stuck with a hard choice, which fabulous oil will I use in summer as a salad dressing. I know. I’ll take turns in using both! Everyone, to whom I have given these oils have loved them. Neither the Delicate, or Signature have that bitter after taste that some other brands have. Wonderful products and service. Thank you. Grampian Olive Oil.
